The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the center of Florence. It was within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions in the city. there were many traditional cafes close by where we could enjoy a delicious breakfast.
The building itself was a bit run down and in need of some maintenance and paint.

The room was fine, with a beautiful painted ceiling, made it feel like a work of art. It was spacious and luxurious, and the beds were comfortable. The staff at the reception desk were helpful, assisting us with train reservations and providing valuable information about the city. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the major attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city.
The windows did help to reduce the noise, but it was still noticeable for light sleepers.

Super comfy bed. Fresh and clean bedding, spacious rooms. Excellent central location to visit on foot. Liked the old building and entrance.

The staff member who checked us in were really good too accommodate us, even waiting for us when we arrived close to the check-in deadline. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few blocks away from the Duomo in Florence. The units themselves were beautifully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this hotel. a fantastic experience.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect - just a short walk to the old town and close to Leonardo da Vinci Art & Language schools. It made exploring the city so convenient. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to help with any requests or issues. Lastly, the rooms were stunning with their historical wooden panelled ceilings and old-fashioned furniture. The attention to detail was incredible, and the bed was so comfortable. Plus, the breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day.
Everything was perfect, I couldn't fault this hotel.
